Sessions With Consultants

Sessions are all conducted over video conferencing software and are conducted in hour long-sessions.

When you book a session with a consultant we ask you to please provide as much information about what you want to work on with a consultant as possible. This helps us to match you up with the right consultant for your own personal needs.

Once you have been connected with a consultant, they will review your request and provide an estimated timeline of how many sessions they think you will need depending on your individual request. For example, sessions with consultants to cover a particular website development topic may only require a few sessions, but creating a website could be viewed as a more long-term project and could require multiple sessions.

Payments

Payments for all products and services listed on www.thedevelopergenie.com are to be made in advance. All items purchased from the e-shop need to be paid for in full before they are able to be downloaded, and sessions with consultants need to be paid up front and ahead of the consultations.

All items in the shop are priced differently and sessions with consultants start at 14,500 NGN per hour. When you work with a consultant you will only ever be charged for the time that you have used, and there will be price reductions in cases where sessions run for less than an hour in cases where multiple sessions have been booked.

Refunds and Returns

If an item you have bought from the shop is not downloading properly, there appears to be a fault with the downloaded product or the wrong item has been delivered, then you may be entitled to a refund.

All refund requests need to be made within seven working days of the invoice for those products being issued. Refunds for products on www.thedevelopergenie.com are issued at our sole discretion, and must be requested in writing.

Unfortunately we will not be able to consider any refund requests for items which have not been requested within the agreed refund deadline.

Security
